Details of the rearrangement and remix album “Nostalgic Moon is the New Moon Vol. 2 ~Rearrange & Remix works~” to be released by Sakanaction on September 6 (Wed.) have been revealed.
Disc 1 of the 2-CD set, “Tsuki no gen ~Rearrange works~” is a collection of self-rearranged songs by Motoharu Iwadera, Aimi Kusakari, Keiichi Ejima, and Hidemi Okazaki, and includes 16 songs in total.
Disc 2, “Tsuki no gen ~Remix works~” contains 7 remixes by domestic and international artists including Hiroshi Fujiwara, Cornelius, and Floating Points.
From October, Ichiro Yamaguchi will be holding a solo tour “Nostalgic Moon is a New Moon “Mirage”” to celebrate the release of the album. The tour will take place at 10 venues nationwide, with the final stop at the Tokyo Garden Theater on January 14 (Sun.), 2024.
