Sakanaction will release their new album “Nostalgic Moon is the New Moon Vol. 2 ~Rearrange & Remix works~” on September 6 (Wed.).
The album consists of “Tsuki no gen ~Rearange works~,” a collection of rearranged songs by Sakanaction members themselves, and “Tsuki no gen ~Remix works~,” a second collection of remixes by musicians from Japan and abroad. The “Tsuki no gen ~Rearange works~” will include a total of 16 tracks, including 6 tracks from the “Rearrange Package” that were remotely produced by Motoharu Iwadera, Aimi Kusakari, Keiichi Ejima, and Hidemi Okazaki between spring and summer 2020, while the “Tsuki no gen ~Remix works~” will include a total of 7 tracks. The “Rearrange Package” will include 16 songs, including 6 songs from the “Rearrange Package” and 7 songs from the “Tsuki no Gen – Remix works”.
In addition, the “NF member -Limited Edition-” complete production limited edition and first pressing limited edition, which will be available only to members of the fan site, will include the live video “NF OFFLINE -LIVE at Zepp Haneda 2021.07.20-” Blu-ray or DVD will be included.
In addition, the NF member -Limited Edition- includes a bonus CD, which is a non-stop soundtrack of the live laptop set performed by Iwadera, Kusakari, Ejima, and Okazaki at the Underworld and Sakanaction two-man live in October 2022, reconstructed in a recording studio. The album contains nonstop soundtracks of Iwadera, Kusakari, Ejima, and Okazaki’s laptop live set, which they performed at the Underworld and Sacanaction two-man show in June.
In addition, Ichiro Yamaguchi’s solo nationwide tour “Nostalgic Moon is a New Moon “Mirage”” has been announced, which will take place in Otaru, Miyagi, and Osaka in October; Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Niigata in November; Sapporo, Aichi, and Kyoto in December; and Tokyo in January 2024.
