ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION are going big for their 30th anniversary, rolling out a multi-format tour that spans live houses, halls, and arenas, alongside a special birthday event for frontman Masafumi Gotoh.
First up is the live house run “ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION Tour 2026 ‘Midage Fanclub’”, hitting venues from October to November 2026. Marking 20 years since their third album Fanclub, the tour will play 12 shows across Sendai GIGS and five Zepp venues nationwide. Early ticket lottery applications are now open through April 12.
The momentum continues into 2027 with their first nationwide hall tour since 2022, set to cover 21 shows in 19 cities from January. The anniversary campaign will then culminate in three arena dates: April 4 at GLION ARENA KOBE, followed by April 17 and 18 at Pia Arena MM.
Adding to the celebrations, Gotoh will host a 50th birthday event on December 2, 2026, at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo.
