Miran’s 3rd album, “WATASHIBOSHI,” released in December 2023 on CD and digital platforms, is set to be released as a colored vinyl edition on March 27, 2024.
The album is produced by Yusuke Kume (Special Favorite Music) on guitar and keyboards, Yuto Sawai (Neko Sen) and Tokuto Doi (Special Favorite Music, DENIMS) on bass, and Yusuke Okada (BROTHER SUN SISTER MOON) and Yoichi Tanaka on drums. MOON), and Yoichiro Tanaka (Munono Moses) on drums. The artwork was completed by Daisuke Kondo (illustration/sculpture artist) and Yuka Tada (designer).
The songs “Koi ni kite” and “Motto futari” are the theme songs and insert songs for the movie “Take Me to Another Planet,” which opens in theaters on January 26 (Fri). Miran also makes her acting debut in the film, which won the “Tokyo International Film Festival, Asia’s Future” award.
To celebrate the album’s release, the record will be available for pre-sale at “Band Set Oneman Live 2024 “I like the night it is given”” to be held in Tokyo and Osaka in March.
