WACK announced the annual audition 2024.
Since 2017, the “WACK Audition” has been an annual event, with the camp for the final screening becoming a tradition. In November 2023, it was announced that the camp audition would not occur in 2024 due to WACK representative Junnosuke Watanabe being in London. However, a decision was made to proceed with the audition without the camp.

It was also announced at the same time that they are looking for singer-songwriters / bands / track-makers. The application process is open to singer-songwriters, bands, and track-makers of any age, band type, experience, and gender, and applicants are required to submit a special form with the required information, including an original song.
WACK Audition 2024 Details
Eligibility:
Females between the ages of 12 and 24 years old.
No experience necessary. Applicants must not be under contract with any particular record company or production company.
Applicants must be able to show proof of contract termination by February 7.
Those who have belonged to other agencies in the past must submit a contract termination notice.
Applicants must be able to work in Tokyo from March 2024.

Selection:
1st round screening = document screening by e-mail (only successful applicants will be notified. Please be available to answer the phone)
2nd round screening = Interview (to be conducted in Tokyo)
After successful applicants:
