Fender has unveiled a special collection to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty, titled Fender x Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary Collection.
This collection combines the colorful cuteness of Hello Kitty, beloved across generations, with Fender’s rich history in music and sound. It aims to appeal to a broad audience, from longtime Hello Kitty fans to beginner guitarists. The collection includes items such as T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and more, along with Fender and its sister brand Squier’s Stratocasters, picks, cables, and a Fuzz effect pedal.

In conjunction with the collection launch, a video of Yoyo Yoshie, guitarist of the band Otoboke Beaver, playing the Hello Kitty guitar was also released.
Additionally, from November 19 (Tuesday), Fender Kawaii Week with Hello Kitty! is being held at the Fender Flagship Tokyo in Harajuku. The event features a photo corner where visitors can take pictures with the collaboration guitars, and a campaign where customers who purchase ¥5,500 (tax included) or more in collaboration items will receive a special drink, available to the first 50 people each day.
