The art exhibition “Secret Garden,” which expresses the world of Hitsujibungaku’s latest album ’12 hugs (like butterflies),’ has been extended until Sunday, July 7th due to popular demand.
Held at New Gallery in Jinbocho, Tokyo since Thursday, May 30th, this exhibition is curated by haru. (HUG), who also created the album’s artwork. Haru. reinterpreted the songs by following the self-liner notes provided by Moeka Shiozuka, collaborating with various artists to capture the album’s essence. The band is metaphorically defined as a “garden,” and the creators and staff as “gardeners,” offering a glimpse into the intimate communication during the album’s creation. The “gardeners” include haru. (HUG), Nico Perez, Ava, finaleflwr, Christopher Loden, konomad, Alexander Julian, and DODI™.
Admission is by advance reservation only, and tickets are on sale now at e-plus. Some of the exhibition’s original goods are available at the Sheep Literature online store from June 18 (Tue.).
