NewJeans will make their Japan debut on June 21 (Friday) with the single “Supernatural.” They are scheduled to appear on multiple TV programs on the debut day.
On the Fuji TV network, they will appear live on “Mezamashi TV” from 5:25 to 8:00 AM. They will perform the world debut of their single’s title track “Supernatural,” for which a teaser MV is currently available on YouTube.
NewJeans will appear on “Mezamashi 8” at around 9:30 a.m. on the same day, starting at 8:00 a.m. NewJeans will perform “Bubble Gum,” which has been used as the theme song for the show since April, for the first time on a Japanese TV program. A video comment from NewJeans is available on the official X (formerly Twitter) page of “Mezamashi 8”.
In the evening, the band will also appear on TV Asahi’s “Music Station” at 9:00 p.m., performing “Supernatural” and “OMG.” The band is scheduled to perform “Supernatural” and “OMG.
On Saturday, June 22, the day after their Japan debut, they will appear on NTV’s “with MUSIC” from 19:56. They will perform “Right Now” for the first time on Japanese TV, which is also the subject of a collaborative music video with Takashi Murakami, as well as “Supernatural” and “Bubble Gum.
