SATOH will distribute and release “Monkeys,” its first major EP, on Wednesday, June 12.
SATOH, whose unique style is influenced by hyperpop, alternative rock, and J-pop, signed a major contract with TOY’S FACTORY on January 18, 2024 (Thursday), and held his first solo tour “SATOH ONE MAN TOUR” in April. In April, he held his first solo tour, “SATOH ONE MAN TOUR.
The EP “Monkeys” includes “OK,” a music video shot in New York that has received over 200,000 views on YouTube and is attracting attention both domestically and internationally; “you hate The EP also includes the love song “you hate caffeine,” which has become a live anthem, the power-pop rock ballad “Welcome to life,” and three newly recorded songs, including the EP’s title track, “Monkeys. The EP is the embodiment of SATOH’s current state.
