The final lineup for “Asian Pop Festival 2024,” which will be held on June 22 (Sat.) and 23 (Sun.) at Paradise City, an integrated resort facility in Incheon, South Korea, has been announced.
The final lineup consists of eight groups, including SUMIN & SLOM, a unit that has provided songs for BTS and others and is friends with STUTS and SIRUP; Ki Ki, a singer-songwriter who has won several Korean Music Awards for Best Folk Album and will be visiting Japan in April; and Ki Ki, a singer-songwriter who has performed with the likes of BTS and others and is also friends with STUTS and SIRUP. Singer-songwriter Kim Sawol, who won several awards for best folk album at the Korean Music Awards and visited Japan in April, ELECTRON SHEEP, a band with a career spanning over 20 years, and the duo HWW, who released a song about Tokyo called “Tokyoro” and released a music video shot in various locations in Tokyo, which attracted a lot of attention. The duo HWAKIN, which has attracted attention for its song “Tokyoro,” which was filmed in various locations in Tokyo, and the instrumental band Soul delivery, which performed in Japan in 2023, are among the seven groups added to the list. Kaneko Ayano will perform from Japan.
The festival will bring together the hottest bands and artists from all over Asia. From Japan, never young beach, Petrols, Shintaro Sakamoto, Wednesday’s Campanella, and betcover! and Japanese Breakfast, a unit led by Korean-American Michelle Zauner and nominated for a Grammy Award at the 64th Grammy Awards, were also announced.
Tickets for international visitors are also on sale and can be purchased from within Japan, with a 1-day pass priced at 110,000 won and a 2-day pass at 176,000 won.
