The second batch of artists for “rural 2024,” an outdoor electronic music event to be held at nowhere CAMP in Inawashiro, Fukushima, from July 12 (Fri.) to 15 (Mon.) has been announced.
rural will feature a narrative flow of domestic and international artists selected with an eye on the global dance music scene. It has been held in Yamanashi, Niigata, Nagano, etc., and this time it will be held for four days, including the eve of the festival, which will return for the first time since 2018, at the nowhere CAMP, a campground in the Numajiri Highlands of Inawashiro Town, Fukushima.
In addition to Jane Fitz, Forest Drive West, and Phew, who have already been announced, the second announcement this time includes Patrick Russell and Clarisa Kimskii from the U.S., Elaheh from Thailand, and Olaheh from Japan. Elaheh from Thailand, and OCCA, DJ mew, DJ KURI, SAMO, Wada Yosuke, vvekapipo, Akey, Qmico, Shinsuke Goto, levolant, and Toner from Japan.
The outdoor stage will be equipped with VOID Acoustics’ Incubus sound system, while the indoor stage will feature OtOdashi Soundsystem’s sound system.
