The second exhibition by Shueisha Manga Art Heritage, “Eiichiro Oda: ONE PIECE / UNSEEN WORLDS,” will be held at SRR Project Space in Shimokitazawa, from August 20 (Sun).
Shueisha Manga Art Heritage is a new manga art sales business launched by Shueisha in March 2021 with the vision of “making manga an art that should be handed down from generation to generation.
The exhibition, the second of its kind, will showcase the works released in March 2021 side by side with new works released in August 2023.
The color series are A1-size prints of the original drawings. Archival inkjet prints on 100% cotton fine art paper show the fine touch of the work.
In addition, black-and-white works printed on large letterpresses, which are now rare, will be exhibited, as well as a video documenting the production of the letterpress works.
