The website “Concern for Jingu Gaien with Ryuichi Sakamoto” is now open to the public.
The purpose of “Concern for Jingu Gaien with Ryuichi Sakamoto” is to provide a “tool” to encourage people to have their own opinions and wills about the redevelopment of Jingu Gaien, and to take action. It was launched by volunteers who have heard the words of Ryuichi Sakamoto closely.
The site includes Sakamoto’s comments on the redevelopment of Jingu Gaien, a list of official documents related to the redevelopment, a communication at the Environmental Impact Assessment Council of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Bureau of Environment, quotes from the non-governmental organization (NGO) Icomos, and other sources, as well as illustrations and materials for distribution.
The materials and photographs created on the site are available under the Creative Commons [Attribution 4.0 International] License, which allows sharing and adaptation with a credit notation.
