静岡県函南町出身の作家・ライター。2023年に第6回西の正倉院みさと文学賞で大賞、2024年に第27回伊豆文学賞掌編部門で優秀賞、第6回人権問題エッセイコンテストで審査員特別賞をそれぞれ受賞。2022年にバンクーバーに、2024年からはダブリンにワーキングホリデーで留学中。X(＠mainandfraser) では英語圏の気になるニュースを発信しています。

映画宣伝業務を行うかたわらYouTubeチャンネル「最新映画感想レビュー – 茶一郎」にて映画のレビュー動画を投稿。ほかラジオ番組の出演、上映イベントなどを行う。
