Jazz cafes, listening bars, cafes with a good selection of background music, and record stores where you can eat and drink - in the past few years, these places where people come to listen to music, rather than to party or enjoy conversation, have attracted a great deal of attention as the new normal for the Corona disaster. Music critic Mitsutaka Nagira, who has been presenting new trends and contexts of jazz through his "Jazz The New Chapter" series, visits a number of such places, where he encounters unknown music and hears familiar music in a completely new way.
A series of essays by singer-songwriter Miran and writer Ban Obara has begun, and after completing an exchange diary that lasted from February 2023 to May 2024, the two finally step outside. They were also joined by photographer Nanako Shinka to chat, eat, and rest. What do these three busy Tokyo residents do on their days off?

Singer-songwriter "Miram" and writer "Ban Obara" started an exchange diary. It began in mid-February 2023. The season is gradually turning into spring, but Miram has "a winter that I want to overcome at any cost" and Obara has "something that I haven't overcome yet......."
