SEASIDE CINEMA 2026 is set to take over Yokohama’s Minato Mirai area this Golden Week, bringing one of Japan’s largest outdoor film events back to the bayfront.
Produced by Do it Theater, the citywide festival will span six venues—including the Red Brick Warehouse, MARINE & WALK YOKOHAMA, Yokohama Bay Quarter, Yokohama World Porters, Yokohama Hammerhead, and Pacifico Yokohama—turning the waterfront into a multi-site cinema hub.
Alongside open-air screenings, each location will host film-themed programming such as live recording stages and special events.
The lineup includes 15 titles, with crowd favorites like Castle in the Sky, Back to the Future, and Mission: Impossible set to screen across the festival.
