The first lineup for the countdown event MNENYE, scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, at MIDNIGHT EAST (Spotify O-EAST and Azumaya) in Shibuya, Tokyo, has been officially announced.
Leading the lineup is Yaeji, who made a notable return to the dance music scene earlier this year. In July, she debuted her new track “booboo” during her set at Boiler Room in New York, reigniting excitement among fans. This event marks Yaeji’s first visit to Japan in five years. Sharing her enthusiasm on X, she posted a message in Japanese, saying, “It’s been a while!”
From Japan, Soichi Terada has been confirmed as the countdown act, bringing his signature energy to the event. Additionally, the party-stirring duo Dongurizu, known for igniting countless events, will also join the lineup. More artist announcements are expected in the coming weeks.
Early bird tickets have already sold out, with general advance tickets currently on sale. If advance tickets sell out, no tickets will be available at the door. As this is an all-night event, attendees must be 20 years or older and present a photo ID for entry.
