Singer-songwriter SIRUP will host the 5th edition of his music event, Grooving Night, on March 29, 2025, at the Orix Theater in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. It has also been announced that SKY-HI will be a guest performer at the event.
Grooving Night is centered around the concept “Let’s spend a groovy night before bed,” featuring live performances and talks from SIRUP and guest artists on a stage designed to resemble a relaxed night-time setting. Previous guests include iri, OKAMOTO’S, TENDRE, and Ayumu Imazu.
For the 5th edition, the guest artist will be SKY-HI, a multi-talented artist, producer, and CEO of the management/label “BMSG.” This event marks the first-ever co-headlining live performance between SIRUP and SKY-HI, who have a deep mutual respect and longstanding friendship. In addition to their individual performances, the night will include talk sessions and special collaborations. A unique feature of this edition will be a talk segment where attendees can suggest discussion topics, marking the first time this has been done at the event. The talk will take place in sleepwear, adding a relaxed atmosphere to the experience.
The event has introduced audiovisual support for individuals with visual or hearing impairments since its third edition. On the day of the event, a booth by the permanent LGBTQ+ center “Pride Center Osaka” will also be featured. Additionally, a photo booth and exclusive event merchandise will be available for purchase.
Ticket sales will begin with a fan club pre-sale lottery starting at 9:00 PM on November 19 (Tuesday), followed by a first-come, first-served pre-sale through ePlus starting on November 30 (Saturday).
