A new event, “dokokoko,” featuring JUMADIBA, Peterparker69, and lil soft tennis, will be held on Saturday, August 3, at Spotify O-EAST in Shibuya, Tokyo.
This event brings together three leading acts in the alternative scene. As a prelude to the event, a podcast series will begin on Friday, July 19. The first episode, “#1 About the Event,” will be available starting at 6 PM that day.

JUMADIBA
Born in Tokyo in 1998. Released his first mixtape “Kusabi” in June 2021, showcasing his multifaceted skills by self-producing all six tracks. This year, he released the banger “Kick Up” featuring ralph and produced by Double Clapperz, gaining attention for his unique rap style and energetic live performances.
Peterparker69
A pop unit formed by Jeter and Y ohtrixpointnever, their debut single “Flight to Mumbai” gained significant attention after being featured in an Apple commercial despite their independent status. Their performance on Boiler Room garnered global attention, establishing them as a unit bringing a new wave of youth culture from Japan to the global music scene.
lil soft tennis
Starting his music career in 2018, lil soft tennis launched his solo project in 2019, primarily releasing tracks on SoundCloud. He debuted with his first mixtape “Season” in 2019 and released his first album “Bedroom Rockstar Confused” in 2021. He gained attention with collaboration singles such as “Lil Soft Tennis & kZm – I Feel On You” and “AMBR & Lil Soft Tennis – Rockstar.” In August 2023, he released his second album “i have a wing,” showcasing a genre-defying mix of hip-hop, pop, rock, and electro. His first solo live show in Tokyo WWW sold out in September, followed by a nationwide tour in Matsumoto, Kobe, Nagoya, and Sendai, and a self-organized event in his hometown, Osaka. In 2024, he is set to perform at POPYOURS, Japan’s largest hip-hop festival, marking him as an artist to watch.
