The second batch of artists for “Nanoboro 2024,” to be held in Kyoto on August 31 (Sat) and September 1 (Sun), has been announced.
“Nanoboro” is a small-scale multiple-venue festival held at the end of summer since 2007, preceding the main “Borofesta” music festival held in autumn. In 2024, it will take place primarily at livehouse nano with multiple venues, featuring primarily local Kansai artists in its lineup.
The second lineup of artists announced includes Summer Whales, who also performed at “SUMMER SONIC 2023”, Odoru! Disco Machimachi, who sold out their two-man show with Kroi at Kyoto Takutaku in April, Youshutsu, whose album “Hikkoshi Shitai” released in 2023 garnered attention, and Gorilla Matsuri, a unique trio incorporating keyboard harmonica and recorder to play pop music, along with a total of eleven acts.
Tickets are now on sale at e-plus. At the same time as this announcement, the official website of BoroFesta has started taking reservations for tickets.
