The guest acts for “downt Release Show,” a tour of Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka by downt have been announced.
The “downt Release Show” tour will be held in support of the band’s first full-length album “Underlight & Aftertime,” which was released on March 6 (Wed.). The guest acts announced for Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka are different from each other. Honoka will appear at Niyoda FEVER in Tokyo on Friday, March 22, Texas 3000 at Shinsakae Shangri-La in Nagoya on Saturday, March 30, and Qoodow at Shinsaibashi Pangea in Osaka on Sunday, March 31. Tickets are now on sale at various play guides.
Formed in 2021, downt is a three-piece band consisting of Yui Togashi (Gt/Vo), Takaaki Kawai (Ba), and Tener Ken Robert (Dr.). In 2023, the band has sold out all of their three independent live shows. They have also performed at festivals such as “IMAIKE GO NOW” and “YATSUI FESTIVAL!” as well as many performances by overseas artists in Japan, and are scheduled to perform at “SYNCRONICITY’24” in April.
