The timetable for “EPOCHS Presents NAGISA, which will be held on February 23 (Fri., holiday) at Spotify O-EAST in Shibuya, Tokyo, and the adjacent AZUMAYA (AZUMAYA), has been announced.
The event is a spin-off of “EPOCHS – Music & Art Collective”, which was first held at RISING FIELD KARUIZAWA in Karuizawa, Nagano, in the fall of 2023 and attracted attention for its location and spatial presentation. The name of the event is taken from the name of the area “NAGISA” established in the mountain stream at “EPOCHS” in Karuizawa. Jiro Endo will be in charge of scenography, following on from the Karuizawa event, and the event will be an all-night event that brings the concept of the area to the city.
Spotify O-EAST will feature DJ TOWA TEI, STUTS, CYK, and Hasegawa Hakushi. A VJ will be on board for each of the live performances, and there will also be a special video presentation using the large LED vision behind the stage.
In addition to a B2B set by the two bassists JINYA (D.A.N.) x TAT (never young beach) and a Skaai x uin B2B set by Skaai and his home producer uin, Azuma-ya will also host one of the largest hip-hop festivals in Japan, POP Four DJ acts will perform: nasthug, who was the opening DJ for YOURS, and suimin, who is active globally and has performed at the Wonderfruit Music Festival, an outdoor music festival in Thailand. The live acts will each perform for 45 minutes or longer, and the DJ acts will perform for 90 minutes each.
Tickets are now on sale to the general public at various playguides, and a limited number of discounted “UNDER 23 Tickets” are also available for those under 23 years old.
