POP YOURS, one of Japan’s largest hip-hop festivals, is set to groove at Hall 9-11, International Exhibition Hall, Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, on May 18 (Sat.) and 19 (Sun.).
Having debuted in 2022 with the theme “Hip-Hop as Pop Culture of the 2020s,” POP YOURS is back for its third edition this year. Stay tuned for the unveiling of the initial artist lineup, scheduled for January 24 (Wed.) at 19:00, along with the commencement of the lottery-based advance ticket reservation. Accompanying the announcement is an enticing teaser video to build anticipation for the upcoming musical extravaganza.
In addition, it has been decided that on January 27 (Sat.) and 28 (Sun.), “POP YOURS 2023” will be re-streamed on YouTube. 2023 will feature BAD HOP and Awich as headliners for each day, and four up-and-coming acts, Bonbero, LANA, MFS, and Watson. The two-day event attracted an audience of 30,000 people, with tickets sold out and 370,000 viewers watching the live broadcast on YouTube. The number of viewers of the live broadcast on YouTube reached approximately 370,000.
