downt Announces March Tour and Upcoming Music Release

downt will hold a tour “downt Release Show” in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka in March.

Formed in 2021, downt is a three-piece band consisting of Yui Togashi (Gt/Vo), Takaaki Kawai (Ba), and Tener Ken Robert (Dr.). downt attracted attention in 2022 when they were selected to perform on the ROOKIE A GO-GO stage at the “FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL,” and their tour in the same year was a sell-out. In 2023, they released the 8.5-minute epic “13 Moon” and sold out all three of their independent shows at Shimokitazawa SHELTER in Tokyo, as well as performing at “SYNCHRONICITY” and “YATSUI FESTIVAL”. The “downt Release Show” will be held at FEVER in Niyoda, Tokyo on Friday, March 22, SHANGRI-LA in Nagoya, Aichi on Saturday, March 30, and Pangea in Shinsaibashi, Osaka on Sunday, March 31. As the tour title suggests, the performances will commemorate the release of the new album, but no information about the new album has been released, and the release date, recording contents, and other details will be announced later. Tickets are available through the official advance lottery until January 23 (Tue.), and the second official advance lottery is scheduled to begin on January 26 (Fri.).
