Ozora Kimishima and QUBIT’s collaborative live concert project, “[1×1] – MUSIC MAGAZINE BEST ALBUM 2023,” is set to take place at Zepp Shinjuku in Shinjuku, Tokyo, on Wednesday, February 7, 2012.
This event follows the success of Kimishima’s 1st full album “Eitai suru kemuri” (Eitai Smoke) securing the top spot in the “Rock [Japan] Category” and QUBIT’s 1st album “9BIT” claiming the first position in the “J-POP / Song Category” in the “Best Album 2023” rankings by “Music Magazine.” Kimijima will be joined by a four-member ensemble, featuring Shudai Nishida (Gt), Kazuki Arai (Ba), Shun Ishiwaka (Dr), and Kimijima. The opening act will be Hana Hope, whose debut album “HUES” earned second place in the “J-POP/Song Category.”
QUBIT was formed in 2023 by Daoko (Vo), Seiichi Nagai (Gt), Masato Suzuki (Ba), Shohei Amimori (Key), and Kazuya Oi (Dr), and held its first live “SHOWCASE #00” on December 7 (Thu) at Daikanyama UNIT, Tokyo. Their new song “Contact” was selected for NHK’s “Minna no Uta” (Songs for Everyone), and they are expanding their activities.
Tickets for the show are now available through the official advance lottery on Ticket Pia. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on January 27 (Sat).
