SWALLOW Announced Debut HeadlineShow in Their Hometown Aomori

SWALLOW is set to host their inaugural solo live performance, titled “For Me, For You,” on March 16 (Saturday) at the hometown live house Quarter in Aomori.

Comprising members Honoka Kudo (Guitar/Vocals), Harone Abe (Guitar), and Yuto Taneichi (Keyboard), SWALLOW, previously known as a different name until June 2020, has been actively releasing music. In 2022, they initiated a regular program called “SWALLOWʼs music” on FM Aomori. Their engagement in the “Aomori Nebuta Festival Upcycle Project” in 2023 showcased their commitment to activities in their hometown.

This live concert holds special significance as it commemorates the release of their debut album, “Greenhouse Grown,” initially distributed in March 2023 and later released on CD in April 2023. The performance will feature a full band with additional supporting musicians. Honoka Kudo has shared her thoughts on the upcoming event.

Exclusive ticket reservations are open until December 25 (Monday) on a first-come, first-served basis. General ticket sales will commence on January 21, 2024 (Sunday).

In our fifth year since debut, we are thrilled to announce our first solo live performance. It will take place at Quarter in Aomori, a venue we never expected for our debut solo. The live event is titled “For Me, For You.”

Since the album release, we have felt the warmth of your support, and the mindset of each member has solidified. The solo live itself is made possible entirely thanks to all of you. We want to repay that kindness through our music.

Embarking on a musical career involves grappling with significant contradictions in the act of expression. We have struggled within this paradox, striving never to forget our pure intentions. The solo live, with a full band arrangement, serves as a celebration of the album release and a heartfelt departure into new beginnings.
