Director’s Comment
My name is Shugo Okada and I will be serving as a juror for the Shimokitazawa Film Festival. I often go to Shimokitazawa. I have been familiar with Shimokitazawa for a long time, so it is a strange feeling for me to be a member of the jury. I like self-films. I make my own films without being asked by anyone. I am looking forward to seeing many films that are filled with such feelings. I also hope to be stimulated by them.
