The 31st Rainbow Reel Tokyo – Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, which will screen films on themes related to sexual minorities such as LGBTQ+, has decided on the films to be screened.
A total of 21 films from 11 programs have been selected. Chrissy Judy,” “Egghead & Twinkie,” “Kokomo City,” “Lonesome,” “Matt,” “Peacock,” “Venus Effect,” “The Lonely Prince,” and “U Loves You” will be screened for the first time in Japan. In addition, “How to Tell a Secret,” which will be screened for the first time in Asia, “Love in the Age of Tinder,” which will be screened for the first time overseas, “Lucky Dog,” “Makassar is a City of Soccer Fans,” and “Tank Fairy” are also in the lineup.
In addition, “Veils,” “Kazokunokyori,” “Change Minority,” “Live Until You Change,” “Hutu,” “GMT+9,” and “Strange” are in the Competition section.
