ATARASHII GAKKO!s’ new song “Ma Ningen” has been chosen as the opening theme song for the TV drama ” Inspector Daimajin ” starring Toma Ikuta, which will start airing on July 7 (Friday) in the Friday night drama slot on TV Asahi.
The song was produced by jon-YAKITORY, a vocalo-p who has produced songs for Ado and others, and who also collaborated on the well-received “Janaindayo” released in March of this year, It will be released as an EP on CD on August 16 (Wed.).

I have been a fan of the girls’ music and performances for a long time, so I am very happy to be able to work with them on this project. I think one of the charms of the girls is their high level of performance and their dance, which is full of bizarre ideas, and I am really looking forward to seeing their performance. The opening of the show will start with SUZUKA’s elongated vocals, and I am sure it will be a great feeling. I think it’s a wonderful song that makes the drama of “Daimajin” swell and swell, and makes you feel that a tremendous drama has just begun.
