NU Festival 2026 has unveiled its full lineup and daily program schedule ahead of its debut takeover of TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY from June 26 to 28.
Built around the theme “Next × New × Unity,” the citywide event aims to transform the newly developed Tokyo district into an immersive playground for music, art, and technology, with Barcelona’s iconic Sónar joining as a collaborator.
The festival also confirmed East Japan Railway Company as a co-organizer. At the main live and DJ hub “NU Live,” the lineup will feature performances from Actress, William Basinski, Grandbrothers, DJ KRUSH, and DAITO MANABE across the three day program. A dedicated listening room curated by dublab.jp and immersive sound bath experiences will also be featured onsite.
Elsewhere, the “NU Art” program will spotlight cutting edge technology and experimental culture through installations and sessions curated by AI researcher Naohiro Tokui and Tokyo creative space SuperDeluxe.
Free entry programs including “NU Station” with J-WAVE and “NU Park,” featuring Shinichi Osawa and more, will further expand the festival beyond traditional venue spaces and into the city itself.
