Shuta Hasunuma released the single “Heaven” on February 5.
“Heaven,” a pre-release single from the upcoming EP +1P EP, set for release on February 14, was first performed at unpeople – Premiere, a live sound installation held in a stone garden in 2024. Featuring understated poetry readings by Jatinder Singh Durhailay, Johanna Tagada Hoffbeck, and poet Kiyoka Osaki—alongside Hoffbeck’s beloved pet bird, Lemon—the piece evokes the ecosystem of a forest with its pure sounds and gentle spoken word.
+1P EP includes three additional tracks alongside “Heaven.” The EP was mastered by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios, with art direction by Seri Tanaka, who also worked on the album unpeople.
