Helsinki Lambda Club has announced their first-ever Asia tour, set to take place in February.
The band recently released their 5-track EP Monthly Escape on November 27 (Thu) and is currently on their release tour Escape from the Winter General. The Asia tour will feature two performances: one in Bangkok, Thailand, and one in Taipei, Taiwan. The Bangkok show will be the band’s first-ever performance in the city, and will include a special three-man live featuring Thailand’s funk band FORD TRIO (who collaborated on the track “Aisou no Nai Break (with FORD TRIO)” from their 2023 album Welcome to Helsinki Lambda Club) and the guitar-pop band DOOR PLANT. The Taipei show will be their first-ever solo concert.
Additionally, Helsinki Lambda Club will perform at the FOLK KHANG WAT 5 festival in Ayutthaya, Thailand, the day after the Bangkok show, and will also take part in the EMERGE FEST 2025 festival in Taichung, Taiwan, the day after their Taipei performance.
Their Escape from the Winter General tour in Japan, which began in December, will continue with upcoming shows in Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Miyazaki, and Tokyo. Tickets are currently on sale.
