The venue map and original merchandise details for the exhibition “SPITZ, NOW! Rock Continent Story Exhibition Special Supporter: Mynavi” set to open at Tokyo City View in Roppongi Hills on November 8 (Friday), have been unveiled.
This exhibition marks Spitz’s first major showcase, focusing on their national arena tour “SPITZ JAMBOREE TOUR ’23-’24 ‘HIMITSU STUDIO’,” which supported the release of their 2023 album “Himitsu Studio.” The exhibition is designed to immerse visitors in the band’s current journey while connecting them to its future. Highlights include large objects used in the arena tour, a VR area featuring 8K footage shot with four 360-degree cameras capturing live performance scenes, and audio guides recorded by all band members specifically for this event.
The venue map reveals eight areas, including “Giant Objects & Tour History” and “VR Experience.” In the “Radio Room,” original illustrations of ROKUCHAMU, the character from Masamune Kusano’s regular show SPITZ Kusano Masamune’s Rock Continent Travelogue, are on display. In the “SPITZ Treasure House” area, visitors can view actual objects created for album covers released since 2013.
The merchandise includes items featuring key visuals created by designer Yutaka Kimura, who has worked on numerous SPITZ projects, as well as 3D postcards that showcase the members. Additionally, a skateboard, which served as an iconic element in the exhibition and was impressively used in the album Himitsu Studio and the tour, will be available for order as an authentic original deck.
Additionally, in celebration of the exhibition, the film Theatrical Version: Gentle SPITZ – A Secret Session in Obihiro, which was released in theaters in 2023, will be re-screened at TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills during the exhibition period. Attendees will receive a “film strip-style bookmark” as a gift.
