The “Ikinari Hon Yomi ! in Asakusa Kyugeki” will be held on June 6 (Thu.) and 7 (Fri.).
“Ikinari Hon Yomi!”, which began in February 2020, is a “live first-time script reading” event born from the idea of Hibye’s Hideto Iwai, who serves as the show’s host and director, that “the rehearsal room is definitely more interesting than watching the finished work!”.The work to be performed is not disclosed until the day of the performance, and the performers will open the script for the first time on stage and play various roles under Iwai’s direction.
Yosuke Omizu (Rubber Girl), Soya Kaga (Kaga-ya), and Yoshizumi will perform on the 6th, and Yusuke Itagaki, Munehiro Kadota, and Mei Furusawa will perform on the 7th.

I’ve always wanted to do this, and now I’m going to do it for two days in a row, one with just comedians and the other with the bottom line of talented actors.
The long-sought after “comedian-only” time is a bit of a “I wonder if this will go according to the script!” The moment that will test the talent of the “Ikinari Hon Yomi!”.
And in the “The Power of the Talented Actors” section, I will be joined by people I have been praying for, “I want you to witness this person’s first sighting of the actor!”.
