A new song by Schadaraparr and STUTS, “Pointless 5 feat. PUNPEE,” will be released on Friday, May 17.
The song was produced by a five-piece team consisting of Schadaraparr and STUTS as well as PUNPEE, who also works as a hip-hop MC and trackmaker. Old school and new school, Showa and Heisei eras, the air of 2025, and everything in between, are all combined in the lyrics and sound of this hip-hop song. It was recorded and mixed by STUTS, and mastered by Nicolas de Porcel.
After the release of the album, a live concert “Schadaraparr & STUTS Presents “That’s the Joint”” will be held in Osaka and Tokyo. The “Osaka version” and “Shinjyuku version” of the joint live held at LIQUIDROOM in Ebisu, Tokyo in December 2023 will be held at Osaka-jo Ongakudo on June 30 (Sun) and at Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO) on July 16 (Tue).
