Porter Robinson will tour Japan in February 2025 in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
Porter Robinson is a DJ/singer/songwriter/producer from North Carolina, USA, known for his deep knowledge of Japanese anime and video game culture. He is also set to release his latest album “SMILE! :D” on Friday, July 26. D” on Friday, July 26. The band will be touring Japan with the new album, following the release of “Worlds” in 2014 and their second album “Nurture,” and will perform a full band set.
Galileo Galilei, who has stated that they are “one of my favorite bands in Japan” and released a collaboration song “Circle Game (ANOHANA Ver.)” in 2023, will appear as a special guest at the Tokyo and Osaka performances. Galileo Galilei also professes to be a fan of Porter Robinson and released a cover of Porter Robinson’s “Something Comforting” in Japanese in October 2023.
