The first artists for “LIVE AZUMA 2024,” which will be held on October 19 (Sat.) and 20 (Sun.) at Azuma Sports Park and Azuma Stadium in Fukushima, have been announced.
LIVE AZUMA” is a music festival that has been held in Fukushima since 2022. It is characterized by the “MAIN STAGE” specially set up in the stadium overlooking the Azuma mountain range, the “PARK STAGE” as if the artists were performing in the forest, the art and Tohoku market in the free area “PARK LIFE,” and the “warmth of Fukushima people” among the visitors and staff.
Six artists have been selected to perform as the first batch of artists. Dragon Ash, who performed in the first year of the festival, indigo la End, a music group led by Emon Kawatani, Frederick, who performed the return live of vocalist Kenji Mihara at “LIVE AZUMA” in 2023, Wednesday’s Campanella, who successfully held their first Budokan concert in March with Shiba on vocals, and the experimental soul group that redefines Japanese music. WONK, an experimental soul band that redefines Japanese music, and keyboardist/producer Kan Sano (Band Set) were announced.
Tickets for “LIVE AZUMA 2024” are available at Lo-Tike until May 12 (Sun.).
