YONLAPA, an indie-pop band from Chiang Mai, will tour Japan.
In 2023, STUTS and vocalist Noi Naa co-wrote the theme song “Two Kites” for the “EPOCHS” festival, and YONLAPA is beginning to make its presence felt in the Japanese music scene, appearing at “EPOCHS” and holding an Asian tour that includes Tokyo and Osaka. It was also announced that YONLAPA will perform at the “CIRCLE” festival to be held at Uminonakamichi Seaside Park in Fukuoka in May 2024.
The performances will be held on May 15 (Wed) in Aoyama, Tokyo, May 16 (Thu) in Nagoya, Aichi (venue to be announced later), and May 20 (Mon) at HIROSHIMA CLUB QUATTRO in Hondori, Hiroshima. The opening act for the Hiroshima show will be The Moratorium Atomic Nucleus, a four-piece band based in Hiroshima. In addition, YONLAPA’s official X (formerly Twitter) suggests that there will be more information.
Tickets for the Tokyo show are now on sale to the general public via Peatix. Tickets for the Hiroshima show are available on e-plus through QUATTRO WEB Advance until March 10 (Sun.).
