The music event “Humanity #6” is set to take place on Saturday, February 17th, at LIVE HAUS in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.
“Humanity” is a charity event aimed at addressing “what is happening in the world.” Launched by to’morrow music/records in April 2022, with the purpose of donating to refugees affected by the Ukraine invasion, the initiative involves organizing music events and running record shops.
In its sixth edition, the event aims to collect donations for Palestine’s Gaza Strip. The entire proceeds generated from the event will be donated through the International Rescue Committee to support those affected by the Gaza invasion.
At the event, singer-songwriter mei ehara and Nobuki Akiyama, the vocalist & guitarist of DYGL, will perform live. Additionally, DJ Maika Loubté is set to make an appearance. To’morrow records, which deals with numerous products exclusively sold in Japan, focusing on overseas indies, will also have a presence at the event.
