The solo exhibition of contemporary artist Nukeme will be held from January 27th (Saturday) to February 11th (Sunday) at Ikenoue Parallel in Kita-Sawa, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo.
After graduating from a fashion school, Nukeme has been creating works using technology in parallel with her work in fashion and advertising. In 2014, he was selected as a finalist for the “Japan Media Arts Festival”, and in 2023, he was selected for “VOCA 2024”.
The exhibition will feature canvas works from his new “KEY WORKER” series and apparel works, as well as past works available for order. An opening event will be held on the first day of the exhibition, Saturday, January 27. Opening dishes and alcoholic drinks will be served by Sanpuc Tacos, a taco shop that is a friend of Nukemeh.
