【Comment from Kyosuke Fujita, leader, writer, and director of Karugamo Danchi】
This is a unpolished romantic comedy set in Odawara in winter, commemorating the 5th anniversary of the theater company.
We have made many plays with Kanagawa as a motif, and now we have made our long-awaited entry into the Kanagawa area.
This is a complete change from our last performance in June, which depicted children running around mischievously in Newtown,
This is a story about city adults fighting their way through ordinary days. Come on, life.
It’s a story that quietly gives encouragement to those who sigh when they suddenly realize their own foolishness.
I hope to make it such a story. We look forward to seeing you there.
