Sufian Stevens will release his latest album “JAVELIN” on Friday, October 6. A lyric video for “So You Are Tired” has also been released in advance of the album’s release.
The album is a solo album with vocals, following “The Ascension” in 2020. Sufian did almost the entire process at home, with friends Hannah Cohen and Nedel Tolisi joining him on the chorus. The last song, “There’s A World,” is a Neil Young cover.
The album also comes with a 48-page art essay book. The Japanese edition will be released with commentary, lyrics, and bilingual translation of the essay.
