The final lineup and timetable for the festival ‘MIND TRAVEL 2024 – TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER EDITION –’ have been announced, taking place on October 26 (Saturday) at the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Originally launched in October 2021 at LOTTE ARAI RESORT in Myoko, Niigata, the festival features a chill-out area with tent saunas and shisha. Since 2023, it has relocated to the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, transforming into a mobile tower festival in the heart of the city.
The artist curation for the festival is managed by the music web media Spincoaster. So far, the lineup has included international acts such as the South Korean synth-pop band ADOY, Taiwanese R&B singer-songwriter ?te (Whyte), and Chicago-based rapper/producer Ace Hashimoto, as well as domestic artists SHINICHI OSAWA (MONDO GROSSO), SIRUP, BREIMEN, and Billyrrom, totaling 16 acts.
The final lineup announcement revealed two additional acts: FLEUR and mico piece. FLEUR is an R&B singer from Kyoto, selected through a joint audition by the music distribution service FRIENDSHIP. and Spincoaster. Mico piece is a dance team led by mico, who has worked on music videos for “The Peak” by SEKAI NO OWARI and “Prince Shoutoku” by Wednesday Campanella, as well as choreography for corporate commercials, live performances, and music shows. Additionally, guest MCs include Yui Kanno, with VJs shinjiranger, skyclaps, and tsuchifumazu also joining the event.
Tickets for “MIND TRAVEL 2024 – TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER EDITION –” are now available for purchase on the official website. The “MIND TRAVEL Official App” is required for ticket issuance.
