Pasocom Music Club’s “Love Flutter” Album Features tofubeats and Soko Shibata

The new album “Love Flutter” by Pasocom Music Club will be released digitally on August 7th (Wednesday).

This marks their 5th album and comes 1 year and 3 months after their last release, “FINE LINE,” in May 2023. The title “Flutter” refers to the distortion and fluttering sound caused by irregularities in the rotating parts of records and audio equipment. It is also known as a term that expresses fluttering feelings of excitement, anxiety, or anticipation.

The album captures various emotions and moments of “excitement” hidden in daily life, such as playing with friends, hearing a favorite song at a nightclub, reading a beloved book, watching a cherished movie, or making new discoveries during a solitary walk.

Guest appearances on the album include LAUSBUB’s Mei Takahashi, who also participated in their previous work, as well as Saori Shibata, MFS, Le Makeup, Haruy, and the mentors who guided Pasocom Music Club’s Aoi Shibata and Masato Nishiyama towards becoming professional musicians, such as tofubeats. The album also includes “HELLO,” released in June featuring Cwondo (Daisuke Kondo) of No Buses.

Furthermore, a CD release is scheduled for August 21st (Wednesday). Art direction is handled by Ran Tonda, with design by Shunsuke Sugiyama.

Additionally, an album release party will be held on August 18th (Sunday) at Spotify O-EAST in Tokyo’s Shibuya. Guest appearances by artists featured on the album have been confirmed, and the creative team tsuchifumazu will oversee the production using O-EAST’s LED displays. General ticket sales started on Saturday, July 13th at noon.
