KIRINJI has announced that it will hold a live concert “KIRINJI 25th ANNIVERSARY LIVE” on Saturday, May 25, at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA in Shibuya, Tokyo, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its major label debut.
KIRINJI will celebrate the 25th anniversary of its major label debut in August 2023, releasing its latest album “Steppin’ Out” in the following September, and will begin an 8-city “KIRINJI TOUR 2020″ in November, which was canceled in spring 2020 due to the new coronavirus. KIRINJI TOUR 2023” was held with the band.
The concert was a special one-day live performance that allowed the audience to enjoy the “present state of KIRINJI,” which became a solo project of Takaki Horigome in 2021, with a variety of performances including solo performances, acoustic band, electric band, and a special horn section. The band members will perform a mix of old and new songs that reflect on their 25-year career. The band members will include Manabu Chigasaki (Bass/Contrabass), Shinrizumi (Guitar/Chorus), Fumihiro Ibuki (Drums), Jun Miyagawa (Keyboards), Tomomi Oda (Vocals/Piano/Synthesizers), and MELRAW HORNS. MELRAW HORNS has been announced.
Tickets will be available at KIRINJI’s official fan club from February 2 (Fri.) at 12:00. Even if you become a member after the start of the application, you can apply for the advance tickets.
