NiEW’s Monthly Free Event exPoP!!!!! to feature EMPTEI, HALLEY, Kinami, and luv

NiEW’s admission-free music extravaganza, “exPoP!!!!! Vol. 157,” is set to take place on December 15 (Fri.) at Spotify O-nest in Shibuya, Tokyo.

This edition showcases diverse talents, including “Enputei,” the indie rock band that successfully sold out its debut one-man shows in Tokyo and Nagoya, “HALLEY,” an R&B group from Waseda University Black Music Circle with a spot at “SXSW 2024,” and Kinami, a singer-songwriter from Okinawa via Berklee College of Music, whose single “Celebrity Posters” earned recognition on “New Music Friday” charts across seven Asian countries and Spotify’s “RADER: Early Noise” despite just six months in the industry. Also gracing the stage are “luv,” a noteworthy band featured in playlists like Spotify’s “RADER: Early Noise” and winner of the “ICHIGO ICHIE” sprayer contest.

The November and December 2023 editions of “exPoP!!!!!” collaborated with “TuneCore Japan,” a leading music distribution service. November showcased Masaya Kudo, and December will feature Kinami.
