Saitama Triennale 2023, a contemporary art festival, will be held from October 7 (Sat) to December 10 (Sun) at the former Civic Auditorium Omiya in Omiya, Saitama, as its main venue.
Saitama Triennale 2023 is an art festival held once every three years in Saitama City. This year’s theme is “We,” and the main venue, directed by the contemporary art team [mé], will feature exhibitions of artworks, live music, performing arts performances, and film screenings.
In the “Citizens’ Project,” in which citizens will participate on their own initiative, art-related programs will be developed from the viewpoints of three curators, Shunya Asami, Koji Iijima, and Yasushi Matsunaga.
