Born in Tokyo in 1962 and raised in Kobe. Joined the publishing company Rocking On in 1986, and has served as editor-in-chief of “ROCKIN'ON JAPAN” since 1991, and as editor-in-chief of “rockin'on” since 2000, and is currently the general editor of both magazines. He has interviewed and written liner notes for numerous artists, and has gained the enthusiastic support of many readers.
