“TATSURO YAMASHITA RCA/AIR YEARS Vinyl Collection” will be released, featuring the latest remastering of all eight albums released by Tatsuro Yamashita on the RCA/AIR YEARS label between 1976 and 1982.
The collection will be released simultaneously as a limited edition in two formats: analog and cassette with a newly designed jacket. Starting with the release of “FOR YOU” in May, “RIDE ON TIME” will be released in June, “MOONGLOW” and “GO AHEAD!” in July, “SPACY” and “CIRCUS TOWN” in August, and “It’s A Poppin Time” and “GREATEST HITS OF TATSURO YAMASHITA” in September will be released in five consecutive months.
A teaser video is also now available. The video is composed of dot pictures inspired by computer games that appeared in the 1980s, and the soundtrack consists of 15 representative songs from the eight titles to be released in five consecutive months, edited by Tatsuro Yamashita himself.
