After graduating from Rikkyo University, he worked at the travelling bookshop BOOK246 from 2004, and was a member of the book selection collective BACH from 2006 to 2016. good and son was founded in 2017 and handles book direction for a variety of venues, from offices and shops to restaurants, hospitals and private homes. In 2023, he set up the publishing label wordsworth and planned and published Yuta Orisaka's (song) lyrics collection ‘Have you ever talked to me?
